Key Role:
Perform complex administrative work activities in support of senior leaders within the global defense sector and client leaders. Execute independent decisions within established guidelines and ensure appropriate level of discretion while handling highly sensitive and confidential data. Support full range of administrative functions including heavy calendar management and meeting scheduling for multiple executives, manage and organize travel schedules, support leadership visits and staff events, prepare meeting materials with high attention to detail, and submit expense reports in compliance with policy. Assist the executives in managing daily workloads and adjust for revised priorities.
Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* 2+ years of experience providing executive level support in a large corporate environment
* Experience with travel management, particularly international travel, and expense reporting
* Ability to pay strict attention to detail
* Ability to proofread correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
* Ability to take initiative and work independently
* Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
* HS diploma or GED

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $46,900.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
Work Model
* If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
* If this position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
