Principal Consultant - Electronics, Embedded & Mechanical Engineering at X4 Technology
A next generation Aviation client specialising in the electrification of Commercial and Military Aircraft are actively seeking talented professionals to join to help next generation development.
They are currently on the lookout for a Manufacturing Engineer to help with their process development on a specific project.
This position will be a 6-month Contract, Outside IR35, and will be onsite in Bristol.
Responsibilities of Manufacturing Engineer
As a specialised contractor, my client requires someone with previous experience working on critical manufacturing principles for process development, ideally within Automotive or Aerospace. They also require experience with tooling design, GD&T and lean manufacturing principles with relevant experience in NPI.
Main requirements also include:
* Experience working on digital tools and CAD such as 3DX
* Familiarity with industry standards, regulations and certifications in relation to Aerospace manufacturing
* Assembly sequencing
* Pulling together CAD theory, sequencing and optimisation
* My client also acknowledges experience in other areas of advanced manufacturing and requires someone who can hit the ground running in a small company environment where there will be challenges to problem solve.
