The start date for this role is 28th April 2025 So, what’s the job? You’ll guide customers through each stage of the claims process. You’ll liaise with customers and corporate clients over the phone and via email. You’ll assess claims under Travel Guard®, Insurance plans. You’ll Analyse claims made against the relevant policy wording. You’ll Contact claimants to request additional information where required and settle or decline the claim as appropriate. You’ll work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives. And what are we looking for? You’ll be Fluent in Polish and English. You’ll have experience in customer service, admin or claims experience within Insurance or Financial Service. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll have the a bility to multi-task and prioritise your workload to meet targets and deadlines. You’ll have Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
