My Wolverhampton based Manufacturing / Engineering client are looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This privately owned independent company who has been operating since 1990, offers a high-quality service throughout many industries including Automotive, Building, Domestic appliance, Lighting/ Energy and more. Duties:- Answering inbound customer enquiries either by over the phone, email and face to face. Providing tailored solutions to customers by identifying their individual needs Negotiate prices for products, basic conversion work and transport sales with suppliers Manager stock, purchasing stock and overseeing consignment warehouse supplies Raise quotations Follow up all leads and live quotations to maximise sales. Account manage all customers to maintain relationships and secure future business Liaising with internal departments and suppliers by phone and email to maintain business relationships. Key Skills:- Essential you have worked within an Account Management role previously and have a B2B background. If you have worked within Engineering or Manufacturing this would be advantageous. Excellent communication and relationship building skills Good negotiation skills.
