As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur's Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Recruiter to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
Recruiter
Responsibilities:
* Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
* Utilize diverse sourcing methods (Boolean, Xray searching) and platforms (LinkedIn, Mobygames etc) to identify potential candidates.
* Screen and interview both passive and active candidates.
* Maintain a candidate database using our ATS, Lever.
* Network at local and remote events to connect with potential prospects.
* Serve as a talent advisor and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
* Continuously enhance your domain knowledge.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Sourcing within the games industry
* Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing methods.
* Genuine passion for computer games or game development.
* Proven experience partnering with hiring managers.
* Ability to positively represent Larian and our teams to potential candidates.
* Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing technologies, including ATS's and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer in the game industry.
* Fluent English and strong communication skills
* Must be able to work onsite in our Studio in Guidlford
