As Director of eCommerce, you will be responsible for managing their online sales channels, including their website, marketplaces, and other online platforms. You will lead a team of eCommerce specialists, working closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to develop and implement their eCommerce strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an eCommerce strategy to drive growth and increase online sales revenue.
* Manage their website, marketplaces, and other online sales channels to ensure a seamless and optimized customer experience.
* Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Work with their marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
* Collaborate with the product team to ensure that our online product offerings are optimized and relevant to customer needs.
* Lead a team of eCommerce specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of business goals.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
2. Experience managing an eCommerce team and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
3. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
6. Passion for fitness, cycling, or related industries is a plus.
