Role Purpose
Are you ready to kickstart your career in Business and Administration? This may be the role for you! The role involves supporting various regulatory services, including Business support team, Planning, Building Standards, Environmental Health, Trading standards, Animal Health, Heritage, and Design.
Day to day tasks include:
1. Use of bespoke software for producing various legal documents related to the building standards process.
2. Creating cases for environmental health and trading standards.
3. Accessing specific websites.
4. Involvement in improvement projects (digital mailroom and planning/customer services).
5. Monitoring mailboxes and performing general administration tasks.
6. Participating in team meetings and confidently answering telephone calls.
During this apprenticeship, you will gain a SVQ 6 Business and Administration Qualification.
Essential
A good level of relevant education.
