Key Responsibilities:
In your role as Account Executive, you will:
* Support the sales team with daily operational tasks to enhance efficiency and service quality.
* Handle client requests with professionalism and tailored responsiveness.
* Maintain and update our CRM database to enhance communication and client relationships.
* Manage and process UK orders ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Create and issue quotations and order confirmations.
* Understand and cater to the specific needs of our customers, particularly wine suppliers, ensuring their satisfaction.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure premium service from start to finish.
* Generate targeted leads focusing on strategic growth within the hospitality sector.
Skills required:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is preferable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
* Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to adapt to different time zones.
* A-Level education or equivalent.
