Thrive Group are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Westbury that is looking to recruit an experienced Project Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
* Provide administration support to the Project Team to ensure that projects are expedited from order confirmation through to client installation and delivery.
* Liaise with project team members to gather information on job status and update customers as necessary.
* Organise and raise delivery paperwork for deliveries outside the UK.
* Process returns and ensure a prompt turnaround to ensure the project stays on track.
What you need in order to succeed:
* Previous experience working in either a manufacturing or engineering environment.
* A proactive problem solver, able to efficiently multi-task.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* IT literate - MS Word & Excel.
* Familiarity with interpreting manufacturing drawings.
What you will receive:
