With a proven track-record in organisational development at a senior level within the NHS or wider Healthcare, the successful candidate will have senior leadership experience of overseeing learning and development on a large organisation-wide scale. You will be tasked with ensuring the provision of highly effective services that exceed the needs of customers, are best practice and innovative, and which operate in accordance with both statutory requirements and NHS and Trust policies and procedures.
Through effective leadership and development of the team you will also drive forward the People and Culture Plan alongside projects on talent management, leadership development and staff survey.
