We are looking for a highly experienced Clinic Manager to join our expanding team. At The Real Body Clinic, situated within Total Fitness, Wilmslow, we have invested in the clinic, building new rooms, buying new lasers and developing new services to grow our clinic which has been operating for over 17 years! Exciting times ahead.
The role will oversee daily operations, team management, and performance optimisation at all levels within the clinic. We are partnering with local aesthetic providers and other innovative treatments to broaden the clinic's breadth of services to our loyal patients. You’ll need to be a great relator and innovative with ways of working.
Your role involves:
1. Delivering operational success by overseeing the daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow whilst optimising the clinic's schedules and patient appointments.
2. Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment with the team and wider Real Body Clinic partners. You’ll empower our team of clinicians to continue their result-driven treatments and expand their ability to grow the wider clinic services.
3. Providing real results by real people through outstanding service. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and maximise excellent patient care. You’ll oversee patient enquiries, concerns and (if any) complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Providing and managing the clinic’s budget. You will monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet our forecasted goals. We are always looking at the horizon at future treatments too, so keep an eye on projected areas of growth and present comprehensive business cases to grow the clinic.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance will need to be maintained and accurate with up-to-date patient records.
6. Research emerging treatments and industry trends, developing business cases for new service offerings and strategic investments to drive clinic growth.
7. Marketing and Business Development:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
2. Manage the clinic’s online presence, including website updates and social media engagement.
3. Coordinate and participate in community outreach events and promotional activities.
The ideal qualities for the role:
1. Minimum 2 years industry experience as a laser therapist.
2. Level 4 (Laser) Qualified (preferred but not essential).
3. Strong Sales Experience.
4. Able to work toward and exceed targets.
5. Ability to build great client relationships.
6. Smart and professional in appearance.
7. Lead with a personality.
