Knowledge, Skills & Training
Essential Criteria
1. Registered health practitioner
2. Relevant full Masters degree or demonstrable extensive equivalent experience in the relevant specialty
3. Evidence of recent evidence-based professional development in an up-to-date portfolio demonstrating leadership, education, and service development achievements including links to national work and standards
4. Registered non-medical prescriber (if professionally appropriate)
5. Clear and demonstrable evidence of advanced, autonomous practice in the management of patients/service users
6. Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice assessors training
7. Knowledge and understanding of the Trust’s strategies
Job Specific Experience
Essential Criteria
1. Evidence of effective leadership and risk management skills
2. Evidence of relevant leadership in meeting clinical governance objectives
3. Evidence of proactive involvement in the supervision and development of members of the multi-disciplinary team and able to demonstrate changes of practice through these
4. Evidence of education and training in practice
5. Evidence of involvement in the development of programmes of care, protocols, and audit
6. Experience of interdisciplinary working
