Within Corporate Finance we are the leading M&A advisory teams in the middle market and we are growing our infrastructure M&A capabilities to further complement our position. To further support this expansion, we are looking to recruit an M&A Assistant Director with infrastructure, energy and utilities specific experience. The role is wide-ranging and offers significant opportunity to join a strong and fast-growing team. You will further develop your skills and experience in both execution and origination across our M&A advisory business. You’ll make an impact by: Helping to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while also being a trusted member of the RSM M&A team. Working across a range of activities from broad corporate finance advice to detailed advice on financing structures. Providing robust advice, supported as appropriate by financial modelling. Developing relationships with the investors and lenders we engage with on behalf of clients. What we are looking for: We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Strong financial modelling experience. Experience and willingness to coach/mentor a pool of analysts and associates. Working closely with the existing sector focused advisory teams to originate new business and execute transactions. Maintaining and developing infrastructure and other fund relationships to improve profile and support the product origination. Developing industry and other professional advisory relationships and increasing the M&A profile of RSM with those counterparties.
