This role is key to ensuring smooth front-of-house operations while providing vital administrative and financial support. Key Responsibilities Contract & Finance Support: Process invoices, raise purchase orders, track budgets, and assist with financial reporting. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage commercial building maintenance and service schedules (planned and reactive), liaising with internal teams and external contractors. Administrative Support: Handle documentation, maintain records, and assist with compliance-related tasks. Office & Facilities Management: Oversee meeting room bookings, order office supplies, and support day-to-day facilities operations. Requirements Experience in Contract Administration, ideally within an education or commercial building maintenance (hard services) environment. Strong finance administration skills, including raising POs, processing invoices, and tracking budgets. Excellent scheduling and coordination abilities.
