A Harlow based company who support clients across the construction sector to manage their procurement processes end to end are searching for a Project Coordinator with experience in the construction sector.
Along with a salary of up to £38,000 per annum, you will also receive annual profit share, pension contributions, health cover, and 25 days paid leave.
The role is ideal for a results-driven individual with an ambition to make a real impact and further develop their career in an innovative and entrepreneurial company.
As a Project Coordinator, you'll work with clients to understand their requirements, and with suppliers to negotiate competitive solutions. Once projects commence, you’ll also play a crucial role in placing orders and getting the right materials to site on time. Supported by a delivery co-ordinator you’ll work with site managers and other stakeholders to resolve any logistical issues which arise.
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator with:
Previous experience in a procurement related role in the construction sector
Great organisational skills and a passion for getting things done
Excellent negotiation skills for managing supplier agreements
Good communication and influencing skills used to liaise with suppliers, project managers and stakeholders at all levels
Great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client and supplier orders, and delivery schedules
Problem solving skills to ensure that you exceed client expectations even in the face of unexpected challenges
You will be working in the office Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00
