Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Human Resources Administrator on a 3-month Fixed Term Contract to join our team at Liverpool City Centre, L3 1HU.
This is a varied role requiring previous administration or data entry experience and strong IT skills, such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, speed, accuracy, and diplomacy. Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process.

What do we offer:
* This is a 3-month fixed term contract, hybrid role of 20 hours per week, 3 days per week, or 4 x 5 hours per week.
* Pay rate £14.00/hour.
A day in the life of a Human Resources Administrator:
* Have a sound grasp of working in administration and being able to answer basic queries, use your own initiative and seek advice from line management on areas outside of your remit.
* Ability to use Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint at a basic level.
* Possess the ability to deal with customers effectively, either orally or in written format and draft emails both internally and externally and monitor electronic mailboxes.
* Able to work as part of a team or individually to complete the required unit output.
You will be set up for success if you have:
* Proficient in the use of Office 365.
* Customer focused – communicates well with all types of customers.
* Can work quickly but with due diligence
* Highly organised and ability to prioritise and multitask as needed.
* Tactful and diplomatic.
