Competitive salary of £240 including holidays Based in vibrant London Opportunity to work with senior leaders across various functions What you'll do: As a Personal Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the effectiveness of the Group Director - Strategy & Business Development. You will take charge of diary management, translating priorities into active management of diaries and related administration. Your role will also involve coordinating business trips, arranging visas and medical requirements, and ensuring appropriate itineraries are in place. You will be responsible for producing various documentation, presentations and reports, working to agreed deadlines. Additionally, you will handle expense administration and ensure all activities are dealt with maximum effectiveness. Manage the diary of the Group Director - Strategy & Business Development, prioritising activities and managing related administration. Coordinate business trips, making travel arrangements and ensuring safety procedures are in place. Provide execution support to executive level meetings, liaising with stakeholders to manage calendars. Produce reports, presentations and documents as required for the Group Director. Process expenses within given timelines and resolve any system issues. Provide a courteous 'first point of contact', managing key external relationships. Ensure compliance with company requirements within discipline. What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant role will bring significant EA experience from a highly matrixed environment across various geographies and team environments. You will have proven experience supporting senior-led teams and demonstrate outstanding communication skills in English, both oral and written. Your advanced planning and organisational problem-solving skills will enable you to remain level-headed under pressure. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Importantly, you should have the ability to handle privileged and confidential matters with discretion. Significant EA experience in a highly matrix environment across various geographies and team environments. Proven experience supporting senior led teams. Outstanding communication skills (in English) both oral and written. Advanced planning and organisational problem-solving skills. Advanced Skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to handle privileged and confidential matters and maintain discretion.
