This role will offer you flexibility with hybrid working and there is global travel to visit suppliers who you will work in partnership with on raw materials, ingredients and packaging. Quality, Safety and Sustainability is at the heart of the business and you will be the person leading this whilst identifying improvements and innovation opportunities.
Supplier Compliance, Auditing and delivering the business strategy across Supply Chain will be three of your main focuses that will bring your skills and expertise to this business. Your passion for Supplier Assurance will ensure this business continues to thrive and be an industry leader in its field.

So, are you the ideal Candidate for the Supplier Assurance & Development Lead? In addition to what we have already mentioned, you will have an in-depth knowledge of the UK retail and food service markets, be able to develop strong relationships internally and externally, as well as maintain strong partnerships. HACCP Level 3 or a HACCP Auditor, ideally experience in Aquaculture or Fisheries, but this is not essential, and a valid UK passport and driving licence.
