This role is perfect for an experienced conveyancer seeking a flexible home-working opportunity and the potential to earn a substantial bonus with our new scheme—average rates of £8,000 annually based on completions, client satisfaction and quality. Top earners on our new bonus scheme can earn up to £15,000 on top of their base salary Which is being earned now. Achieving 60 completions per quarter could see you earning an average of £2,100 in bonuses for a modest caseload. With established long-term relationships and key panel partnerships, you’ll be able to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients without the stress of a heavy caseload. We operate a capacity model targeted at 100% to ensure your workload remains manageable, even during peak periods. We use our panel services when needed to ensure caseloads are not stretched. The Role: What You’ll Be Doing As an Experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to clients and third parties, managing residential conveyancing matters with expertise and professionalism. You'll be part of a dynamic team where you'll have access to dedicated support, including onboarding assistance and specialist post-completion teams. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of 40–80 files, depending on experience. Overseeing the sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, and other technical transactions. Providing guidance and support to team members with their caseloads. Meeting completion targets while maintaining the highest standards of service. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a proactive, skilled Conveyancer with a passion for delivering excellent client service. Ideally, you will have: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing caseload. Strong IT literacy, including experience with case management systems. Excellent communication skills with clients, both written and verbal. A proven track record of working to targets and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
