This exciting opportunity offers an immediate start and the chance to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and improve quality and environmental systems (ISO9001 & ISO14001).Lead a small team, including the Health and Safety OfficerConduct internal audits, manage third-party audits, and address non-conformancesProvide customer support, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptlyEnsure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management and carbon reduction initiativesCollaborate across departments to enhance processes, update procedures, and drive continual improvement projectsAct as the primary contact for external audits and manage factory production control test recordsDeliver training and toolbox talks on quality and environmental topicsWhat We're Looking For3–5 years’ experience in managing quality and environmental systems, with a proven track record in ISO9001 and ISO14001Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory complianceExceptional people management and communication skillsExperience in setting and driving KPIs, as well as implementing continuous improvement initiativesKnowledge of the glass industry or similar manufacturing environments is highly desirable
