The role reports to the Programme Manager and provides vital support to the whole NATH team and associates. The Primary Care Clinical Lead will be based at NEMS Platform One.
The role is office-based with some flexibility for home working after the induction period. All equipment will be provided. Travel is required across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire venues to support in-person events. Some online evening work is required to support virtual events.

Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Provide clinical leadership to Nottinghamshire Alliance Training Hub (NATH) and oversight to the team members. Contribute alongside other clinical leads towards the identification of workforce gaps ensuring delivery against the current general practice workforce strategy in Nottingham & Notts ICS.
2. Strategy Development & Delivery: Identify and support the key workforce priorities for their localities, ensuring alignment with the Primary Care Strategy and workforce strategy by collaborating with local General Practices, Primary Care Networks, and key stakeholders.
3. Engagement: Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, professionals, and organisations.
4. Reporting: Support the senior leadership to ensure robust systems and processes are in place to capture and report on KPIs most relevant to the post.
5. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI): Ensure key areas of the business and communications promote equality, diversity, and inclusion.
