Job Description IFS Europe seeks an experienced Business Development Manager responsible for leading and managing business development representatives supporting our business across Europe. This position will be required to work a hybrid schedule in our Staines, UK office. Requirement to be in the office minimum of 3 days a week Responsibilities Manage inside business development representatives who are responsible for lead development of all new prospects within the assigned territory to achieve established operational and strategic metrics Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing for Europe, identifying gaps in the market to exploit and how to capitalise on Marketing activities being run Work closely with the Senior Director of Business Development to implement new strategies, direct the BDRs and showcase results achieved to leadership across the region Thorough knowledge of companies’ core markets Train, mentor, and coach business development representatives Prioritise and allocate resources. Establish persona messaging by core market Manages operational and strategic metrics reporting by individual business development representatives and teams. Manage Account Executive (AE) allocation to each Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) Manage business development pipeline Manages team to goal attainment Implement processes and tools to assist the business development team in meeting and exceeding operational and strategic goals. Manage business development pending lead queue. Conduct performance reviews and development pathing Ensure CRM is accurately updated by business development representatives Carry quota for strategic metrics
