HR Manager
Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)
Permanent opportunity in Wrexham

Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
1. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements in human resource management.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
3. Provide valuable employee relations to the HR department and management team.
4. Support and report on Departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, coordinating with recruitment agencies.
6. Lead and expand the company's Apprenticeship program.
7. Oversee payroll operations, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation.
8. Conduct annual pay reviews, including benchmarking, and present proposals to the Senior Management team.
HR Manager requirements:
1. HR Manager from a manufacturing background.
2. CIPD Level 7 or equivalent would be an advantage (study support available if required).
3. Good working knowledge of HR systems.
4. Knowledge of payroll would be useful.
