The FI Real Estate Management team are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that support marketing campaigns, property promotions, and overall company branding.
You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and property management teams to deliver compelling designs across a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for property marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital ads.
* Design visual assets for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage target audiences and promote properties.
* Create and maintain marketing collateral, including property presentations, email templates, website graphics, and event materials.
* Work within brand guidelines to maintain consistent visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
* Assist in developing concepts for new property branding and rebranding initiatives.
* Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of print materials.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and design tools to enhance the effectiveness of marketing materials.
* Support other departments with internal design requests (presentations, forms, etc.) as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in construction, real estate, property management, or a related industry.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software is a bonus.
* Experience with digital design, including social media graphics, website assets, and email marketing templates.
* A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (both print and digital).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
* Content management system experience
