About the role of Customer Liaison Officer
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you'll be the go-to for all client/customer communication, ensuring both parties are kept up to date with current and future Kitchen and Bathrooms schemes.
* Become an integral part in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications between tenants and clients.
* Coordinating access arrangements when necessary and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
* Using your communication skills, you'll be the face of the company to ensure all parties involved are comfortable and well informed.
Requirements for Customer Liaison Officer
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* UK Driving Licence
