You can be part of our vision Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time The Senior Trades Resourcing & Logistics Advisor is required to sour ce suitable Trades personnel for the onshore and offshore project s and provide a full logistics coordination servic e, both during office hours and out of hours, ensuring that all contractors, employees and vendors comply with company and client requirements. As the Senior Trades Resourcing & Logistics Advisor, you will: Resourcing Focal point for all Trades Resourcing activities Undertake resourcing of competent, qualified offshore and site based trades as per advised requirements and through formal approval channels, including arrangement of interview s and information gathering (e.g. qualification and certification, establishing right to work status e tc.), in line with Company and GDPR requirements Maintain a “pipeline ”, ensuring that the business has a strong and robust flow of candidates Act as interface with prospective candidates to gain interest in role and discuss job details Updat e and maintain personnel database with existing and new CVs received Ensure pre-employment requirements are met, including reference checks and verified qualifications held Liaise with Construction team and PRP’s on a regular basis regarding current and future resourcing requirements Provision of advice and guidance to all project leads, including feedback on difficult to fill roles, but most importantly offering practical, suitable and realistic solutions to resolve issues, with at all times the goal of meeting client expectation Identify, and present to the relevant stakeholders areas to improve and enhance PD&MS Trades Resourcing function Advise project of any deviation requirements in a timely manner to prevent disruption to mobilisation Flexible and willing to participate with PD&MS Group wider resourcing function, including being able and available to resource for onshore roles as and when Liaise with Construction Manager and PRP’s on a regular basis regarding current and future recruitment requirements Logistics – Worker maintenance Create, maintain and updating of trade worker records Raising and issuing Service Agreements, ensuring renewals are issued in a timely manner Ensure contractor company details and insurance certificates remain up to date and are recorded on file Ensure end of trip personnel reviews are conducted and saved to file Track Training expiry dates, and ensure renewals are completed / arranged within a timely manner Ensures training course requests are raised and approved and complies with the requirements of the Company Training Request Process Raise any training and competence deviations as for management sign-off following approved process Advise project s of any deviation requirements in a timely manner to prevent disruption to mobilisation Ensures that personnel have the correct documentation and competencies in place and that these comply with client / Company requirements to be able to travel to desired location Ensures that personnel have the correct documentation and competencies and comply with client/company requirements to be able to travel to desired location Logistics General Supervision, training and development support of logistic team ensuring all contracts have adequate logistics support and that those under supervision work to PD&MS standards and expectations Collates a weekly six week look ahead report and issue to Construction Manager Assists with Medevac’s and emergency response as per PD&MS procedures Acts as focal point for nominated project in relation to the movement of personnel for onshore and offshore Books and reserves appropriate transport and ensure that all personnel have correct check-in details and/or mobilisation details Liaises with client Heli Admin and Project Aviation Coordinators to book seats on flights offshore Updates the personnel logistics system, rotas and mobilisation tracker in line with emergency response procedures and issue to clients and projects, as appropriate Ensures all offshore and site based personnel receive appropriate inductions and pre-job briefs prior to mobilisation Manages PPE stock within office and ensures personnel receive appropriate PPE prior to mobilisation Participates in an out of hours On-Call rota service Provide information for internal and external audits and participation as R esponsible, when the needs arise, to act as a customer facing, resourcing focal point, with the ability to provide the customer, or potential customers with a credible and articulate overview of PD&MS Trades Resourcing function Company General Responsible for ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are undertaken in a timely manner.
