Workforce and OD has a vacancy for an efficient and highly organised eRostering Facilitator to join the eRostering team. The role is a development post with an entry level of band 3. It is anticipated that you will progress to band 4 following successful completion of competencies. The main function of this role is to support the eRostering Team in the successful implementation and management of the eRostering systems including the staff portal, roster creation, roster administration and validating rosters for payroll. Attention to detail is key to this role. You will be educated to Diploma level or have equivalent experience, with knowledge of using a range of IT systems and ability to effectively manage and prioritise own workload to meet varying deadlines. You will need to possess effective verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to work individually as well as part of a team and have a clear understanding of confidentiality. Experience of contributing towards service improvement/development is essential.
