Description Online Account Platform Manager £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits (Work Level 5) Manchester city centre, in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy). We’re looking for an Online Account Platform Manager to join us and help us continue to grow our Online offer so that we can offer more choice to our members and communities. In this role, we’ll look to you to manage the partnerships with a number of brands including Amazon. You’ll work proactively to engage with other teams to agree roles and responsibilities in relation to activity and work collaboratively to agree specific plans for the online platform. What you’ll do Co-ordinate and plan activity to facilitate online platforms to operate with Co-op Continue to grow our Online revenue and manage relationships with partners Work with a large number of internal and external partners ensuring activity is completed on time, to budget and to a high standard Manage the delivery of activity and communication through regular meetings, recording actions and holding colleagues to account Escalate risks and issues where necessary to support delivery Take a pragmatic approach to problems to reach the best possible outcomes Visit stores to support planning and develop processes to support store set up – allowing for continuous improvement Provide regular updates to the wider online team This role would suit people who have Excellent organisational skills, you’ll need to manage multiple workstreams at the same time Strong communication skills, you’ll need to provide regular progress updates to a variety of audiences including presenting at governance forums Proven experience in managing relationships, you’ll need to motivate working groups to keep them on track and influencing outcomes Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail, you’ll need a pro-active, positive attitude and be resilient to overcome challenges Project management experience and commercially focused as this role will involve managing multiple complex work streams Why Co-op?
