Job Description Key Responsibilities Optimise financial management of warranty claims handling in line with AA/QMC requirements and AA/SGB business development. Support warranty claim handling and possible warranty scenarios stemming from AA-AS/PAD-FSR3 activities. Ensure warranty handling times comply with AA/QMC targets. Bench testing Bosch branded starter motors and alternators. Ensuring warranty claims are assessed and processed in accordance with the processes and policies of MA/QMC and as appropriate, in accordance with any locally agreed obligations / policy decisions. Liaise with customers as necessary regarding warranty claims and their outcome. Liaise with MA colleagues (e.g., Sales and Field Service) as appropriate to update on claims handling, customer issues and quality concerns. Adhere to the prevailing processing times. Specific Features Process manual credits and debits in line with Bosch compliance requirements. Process warranty claim / technical inspection as per the prevailing Bosch process / BWS Liaise with IAM KAM as necessary to ensure customer sensitive situations are uniformly communicated and agreed within AA/SEU. Unpack returned product, visually assess, and physically test as appropriate. Complete returns to customers. As necessary, arrange shipping of product for factory inspection. Be fully conversant with SAP, BWS, CDB and ESI systems Liaise with customers and internal teams (AA/QMC, AA/SLC1-UK, AA-AS/PAD-FSR3 & TSS15 and SO/OPM2-Liv etc). as appropriate.
