Key Account Manager
Office based - Southampton
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Purpose of the job;
Primary purpose of this role is to help drive Garmin sales within Marine accounts to take sustainable and profitable market share and YOY growth.
The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the UK Leisure Marine Market with experience of Marine Sales. Experience with marine electronics is highly desirable. Well-developed analytical skills including proficiency in Excel and power point would be a benefit.
The role would be to offer day to day management and support to various types of marine accounts, attend customer meetings as required, execute promotions, provide technical advice on Garmin marine installations and ensure all opportunities are maximised supported by the Marine Sales Manager.
Be able to work to objectives and targets to enhance sales of Garmin products and services within a small team working closely with the Marketing team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities;
1. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
