About the job:
Tadaweb is hiring a Sr. Account Executive for its growing UK & Northern Europe public sector business includes sales of our SaaS licenses and on-site support. This is a client-facing role responsible for leading the growth of our business in Northern Europe (Nordics, Baltics, Netherland, Germany, Poland, etc.). You will work alongside UK Defence and Law Enforcement GTM leads. The GTM team is led by the UK and Northern Europe Director who you will report to.
This role is based in the Tadaweb London office near Euston, will require travel inside the UK, Northern Europe and beyond for customer engagements and also some travel to our Luxembourg HQ.
Scope of work:
* You will lead and implement our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in Northern Europe, including planning, networking, evangelism, win-theme generation and managing your opportunity pipeline.
* While your main focus will be on Northern Europe, you will also actively support the wider GTM team in the delivery of their objectives. Teamwork is paramount.
* This role has significant commercial responsibilities, but is fundamentally about building deep relationships with our customers and partnering with them to improve their capabilities.
* You will work with multiple stakeholders to meet your goals including Tadaweb’s OSINT specialists, engineering and product teams and commercial teams in other markets. Notably, you will help drive product development to support your long-term commercial aims.
* You will prove how our platform can solve a prospect’s use-cases by working with Tadaweb’s OSINT Specialists to develop an engagement strategy and lead customer pilots. After contract-award, the OSINT Specialists take on customer success responsibilities while you remain heavily involved with the customer to ensure their needs are being met to ensure renewal and to identify any upsell and expansion opportunities.
Your profile:
* Operational experience in intelligence, working with or alongside UK Government. .
* Domain expertise in intelligence, open-source intelligence, law enforcement investigation, or wider public safety and national security.
* Deep experience leading and closing strategic SaaS for complex OSINT or other mission-specific capabilities to Northern Europe or wider national security customers and/or direct experience as a public sector customer.
* Technically savvy with the ability to develop deep expertise in the Tadaweb product suite and its use cases.
* Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to sell innovative solutions into a new market with a competitive desire to win, and act with the principles of integrity and honesty
* Willingness to commute to London regularly to be with the team and to self-manage their hybrid-working to support their family and travel as necessary to meet business objectives.
* The ability to attain a minimum of UK Security Check (SC).
You get bonus points if you have any of the following:
* Worked in or with the public sector in Northern Europe, including JEF, NATO or other multinational frameworks.
* A relevant second language.
* Experience shaping and responding to RFIs and RFPs and/or track record of success joining public sector marketplaces and/or direct experience with either as a public sector customer.
* Previous work experience in the collection of open source information is a major plus.
* Network of public sector decision makers and budget holders
* Deep knowledge of the commercial ecosystem including system integrators, industry consultants, commercial intelligence providers, public sector procurement processes, etc.
