We are looking for finance, accounting & bookkeeping superstar – for an exciting role reporting to the Finance Manager. The role is part-time between 25-30 hours dependant on the candidate.
A passion for detail & numbers is essential, ideally with experience in retail & hospitality, if you know your way around Xero too, that would be a real bonus.
All bookkeeping tasks for the roastery and cafe's within the group
Bank reconciliations
All aspects of purchase ledger including payment runs
Balance sheet reconciliations
Supporting the Finance Manager with month end tasks and management accounts
Managing emails, answering telephone calls and general admin support
AAT qualified or in final year
Minimum 5 years accounts experience
Ideally experience with Xero
Office based in Portslade
