What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone with experience of working in a marketing environment to join our Marketing team to focus on our educational brand LandlordZONE. You’ll be measuring campaign and content performance, analysing and providing recommendations for optimisation, so a working knowledge of analytics and SEO tools such as Google Trends, Ahrefs and Google Analytics (GA4) is a must. You’ll have strong planning and prioritisation skills as you’ll be working closely with internal and external designers, copywriters, producers and agencies to deliver on assets and plans.
Some of the things you'll get up to:
* Assisting the Content, Engagement and Quality Lead and the wider marketing team
* Supporting the campaigns team with the delivery of creating, implementing and monitoring B2C and B2B integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
LandlordZONE focus:
* Measuring campaign and content performance, analysing and providing recommendations for optimisation
* Creating monthly reports on content performance including social media and community engagement
* Working closely with internal and external designers, copywriters, producers and agencies to deliver on assets and plans
* Maintaining regular measurement of ROI for content and campaign delivery and using campaign evaluation data to help inform new campaigns
* Supporting with competitor research and analyse benchmarking data to increase product and industry knowledge
* Carrying out market research and monitoring competitor activity, demand, brand positioning and awareness for current and future products
* Working closely with the wider divisions to support opportunities for new client acquisition and growth
* Writing and editing content for different platforms such as social media, websites, and press releases
* Producing marketing reports for the Content, Engagement and Quality Lead
* Assisting in external PR communications using press releases, web presence and social media
* Assisting in the preparation and organisation of exhibitions and events and attending these, where required
* Assisting with the design and development of company literature, promotional materials, managing third party suppliers and making sure all literature is accurately proofread
* Assisting with email content distribution including tactics, production, segmentation, and reporting
* Supporting with uploading and optimising content within the CMS across the group’s websites, email platforms and other platforms
* Responsible for fulfilling advertiser requirement for LandlordZONE such as email build and sponsored articles
General activities:
* Making sure that all communications are compliant and in-line with both FCA and/or SRA regulations
* Making sure work is compliant with GDPR and the electronic communications policy
* Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, training courses, colleagues
We’d like you to have:
* Experience of working in a marketing environment with diverse products and client base
* Working knowledge of analytics and SEO tools (such as Google Trends, Ahrefs and Google Analytics (GA4)
* Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely
* Good organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
* Good Microsoft skills particularly with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Good analytics skills and the ability to make recommendations based on data
* Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail
* The ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and external customers and suppliers
* Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
* Strong planning and prioritising skills
