About Our Client
A fast paced retail business with 10 sites in the UK approx 280 staff with head office based in Doncaster.
Job Description
* Responsible for all aspects of HR including: Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction and Training, Oversee Payroll.
* Manage and develop the HR Advisor as a direct report.
* Work with the Senior Leadership team in order to deliver company objectives through people.
* Coach, guide and upskill managers.
* Oversee monthly payroll.
* Site based being visible in the business.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
* Experience operating at HR Manager level.
* Experience in a generalist HR role responsible for all aspects of HR.
* Strong Employment Law knowledge.
* Payroll knowledge and responsibilities.
* Ability to be based 5 days per week in Sheffield.
* Some travel to other sites as required with use of hire car.
