Our client, a leading design marketing company, that works with many national and international brands producing all their artwork, is looking for an experienced Workflow Coordinator to work in their Manchester office.
As a Workflow Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the profitability of projects delivered by the digital and creative team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include documenting client design briefs, orchestrating the distribution of tasks to artworkers, and maintaining seamless communication with designated Account Managers.
Main responsibilities:
* Crafting detailed briefs that encapsulate client goals and set the stage for impeccable artwork creation.
* Managing project timelines to ensure swift and successful completion, while upholding the brand’s image.
* Overseeing the allocation of tasks to artworkers, ensuring a balanced workload and high-quality output.
* Engaging with Account Managers to guarantee a harmonious and productive workflow.
Required Skills:
* Will currently be working as a Workflow Coordinator or Studio Manager in a design agency or an in-house design team.
* Have a track record of managing design workflows with precision and efficiency.
* Have strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both clients and internal teams.
