Our client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their Team. This is an exciting role as they are right at the beginning of their Agile journey and this position will give you the opportunity to put all of your previous knowledge and expertise to the test as they transition to new ways of working with Agile Scrum.
Youll be instrumental in mentoring the team and wider organisation to understand the theory, practices and values of agile whilst supporting an iterative change delivery methodology, focused on delivering value sooner.
They are looking for a Certified Scrum Master with:
* Proven experience in a digital / Tech environment
* A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
* Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
* Experience in managing technical resources and collaborating with Product and Project Managers
* The ability to develop and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
* Expertise in sprint planning, tracking, and Agile project estimation using story points and velocity reporting.
* Strong experience with Jira or Azure Dev Ops, including story pointing and velocity tracking
* Excellent Communication skills
