Up to £68,000 dependent on experience AXA – Global Healthcare are looking for a Project Manager to join their Transformation team and lead the planning, management, and delivery of the team’s assigned projects. Working within the scope, you’ll see projects through from initiation to completion ensuring the expected benefits can be realised. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells office. What you’ll be doing: Responsible for all aspects of the project, from initiation through to completion Planning and coordination of all mobilisation and initiation activities, working collaboratively with colleagues within Transformation Application and ongoing management of the appropriate Project Management Frameworks, ensuring governance, controls and, monitoring are completed effectively, Definition, communication and management of project risk, action, issue etc working closely with the Programme Managers Ensuring all Project documentation is produced and they are quality deliverables, meeting the needs of both internal and external stakeholders Management of project budgets, ensuring spend is tracked and project financial trackers are up to date, and that the project delivers to budget Reporting of the project as required and fed into the Programme if applicable as laid out by the Project Office Management of key stakeholders and sponsor expectation, ensuring there is clear communication at all levels We know that some candidates may be discouraged from applying if they don't meet every requirement. What you’ll bring: Experience with a wider knowledge of Project frameworks and governance e.g. waterfall and agile Sufficient experience in Project Management with demonstrable delivery experience Relevant PM professional qualification Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational and planning skills Ability to make decisions and take responsibility where necessary Financial Services background, ideally with exposure to the PMI/IPMI industry As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
