Based in Lytham - 100% onsite position Role Summary: Working as part of the IT team, the Sales Data Admin Support will report to the SQL BI Developer and be expected to continuously review and update our Customer Relationship Management system. What you'll be doing: Checking datasets are correct and in line with the company formatting standards including price book Working with the sales teams to ensure codes from wholesalers are correctly correlated to our CRM system Ensuring the prices are correct within the CRM system and categorised correctly Ensuring all customer details are accurate Creating new accounts, finding/ merging duplicate records, archiving and moving accounts to different geographical territories Responsible for running mail merges, adhering to the SOPs provided, collating the relevant data based of the requirements set out by the stakeholders and arranging printing of these Assist in the production of annual business plans, understanding both the importance and the processes surrounding this Print/ Share PDF documents which relate to the business plans and partnership programmes Occasional Duties Complete tasks relating to accuracy outside of the CRM world such as Sage 200 and our bespoke digital solution Find missing information by using reliable data search engines/ sources online and liaising with the sales teams We will also provide you with basic SQL skills Personal Attributes Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes Thirst for knowledge and excellence Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication, both written and verbal Keen eye for detail and an understanding of the importance of data accuracy Exposure to a data intensive and/or CRM based role would also be beneficial About Us The Tangerine Group is a privately held company based in Lytham.
