The eCommerce team is recruiting an International Marketing / Trading Manager to be at the forefront of our global growth! Based at Head Office in Leicestershire, offering a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £52,000 alongside great benefits! This is a 12 month FTC (maternity cover).

The International eCommerce Trading team fuels global growth by managing and optimising online product sales across 72 international markets. They drive exciting product launches, strategic promotions, and collaborate with leading third-party platforms to maximise sales and brand visibility worldwide.
The role
As the eCommerce International Marketing / Trading Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving international sales through delivering best in class marketing communications. You will be the key stakeholder for managing the onsite marketing and campaigns for your market, treating it like your own business - driving forward trading, marketing and all other touch points across the eCommerce teams.
What else is involved?
1. Understanding their countries key trading patterns/moments and able to provide reasons for good/bad trade
2. Own the onsite marketing and trading activity across their countries (Homepage, Storefronts, Service Messaging, Monetate testing)
3. Plan & Brief all CRM themes/content/messaging - owning the execution but also the post performance and optimisation
4. Campaigns - planning, executing, monitoring & improving themes and content relevant for CRM & non feed paid activity
5. Work alongside the CRM team on a testing plan to increase incremental sales
6. Coordinating Sale activity & marketing messaging
7. Content page success metrics (including speed) - ensuring these metrics are monitored and optimised
8. Working closely with search, product, paid marketing and UK team to ensure content is relevant and exciting
9. Deputise for the Regional Manager when required
