Contract Type: Full Time, 12 month fixed term contract

To do this we will create a place-based tailored service that provides clarity of responsibility for both colleague and customer, where we do what we say and have a clear focus on outcomes.
This post will work with all relevant teams to deliver a customer-focused Tenancy & Estate Management service within our communities and attain excellent performance standards and outcomes.
We need people who are / have:
* Experience of working in a similar role within social housing, with knowledge of housing legislation.
* Experience dealing with ASB, tenancy, and neighbourhood/estate issues.
* Experience dealing with members of the public.
* Experience handling challenging situations and complex lifestyles.
* Hold a Housing qualification (such as CIH) or a willingness to work towards this.
* A flexible approach to working hours and a valid driving license due to travel involved in the role.
