Key Responsibilities
1. Reception Management: Greet all visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
2. Online Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
3. Call Handling: Answer and route incoming calls professionally, taking messages and handling inquiries effectively.
4. Visitor Assistance: Manage the signing-in process and provide directions or assistance to visitors as needed.
5. Order Support: Assist with online order management, including tracking and resolving customer queries related to orders.
6. Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks such as updating records, managing correspondence, and organising files.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with online customer services.
3. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Organisation: Highly organised with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
5. Professionalism: A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
