THE BENEFITS: Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience Parking Pension THE ROLE: Roles and responsibilities: - Seamlessly process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy at every step - from order receipt to invoicing. - Be the friendly face behind the brand, nurturing relationships with existing customers and warmly welcoming new enquiries. - Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders. - Keep customer files up to date on SAP and related software, maintaining up-to-date product and pricing information. THE CANDIDATE: - German Speaker. - Experience working in a fast paced sales and logistics office environment and is capable of making quick decisions that are right for the company and the customer. - Good understanding of the transit of goods from overseas, import and export documentation. - Brand ambassador who lives and breathes the company values. - Proficient on email, Word and Excel. - Attention to detail - Be prepared to take on a variety of tasks. - Experience with SAP/ SAP S/4 Hana desirable.
