Ian Williams has had another fantastic year full of growth and opportunity company wide. Specifically, within our Response and Planned Maintenance arm, we are proud to look to welcome a new member into our long-established Nottingham team.
As a Property Services contractor focused on people, sustainability, and exceptional client delivery/customer satisfaction, we seek a Quantity Surveyor to share in this ethos and support our commercial success across our three key housing contracts.
Focusing on our housing responsive maintenance and voids delivery workstreams you will thrive in working as a team, managing together, alongside the operational Contracts Managers the full commercial responsibility for the technical and financial aspects of these long-term contracts, spanning up to 10 years.
Working collaboratively and with honesty and integrity, as a Quantity Surveyor at Ian Williams you will value accuracy, success, and impeccable communication skills. In return you will be supported and valued, surrounded by a proactive, fun and high achieving local team.
