Mechanical design manager

Due to continued growth my client a leading Construction firm based in Dartford are looking for M&E Design Manager to oversee the design of mechanical and electrical systems for various projects in London.

As the M&E Design Manager, you will liaise with project teams and develop design plan whilst ensuring compliance regulations are adhered too.

Permanent |Salary: £50k to £90k DOE |40 hrs per week Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the mechanical and electrical design process for all projects
* Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design plans
* Conduct site visits
* Manage design schedules and budgets
* Mentor and guide staff members in design and best practice

Key Skills

* Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
* Proven experience in M&E design and project management
* Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
* Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
