Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an Office & Accounts manager on behalf of an SME construction business based in Beckenham. The postholder will be responsible for all office administration and office management as well as looking after the accounts for the business, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a smaller business and getting stuck in with a variety of tasks and some office banter Office management duties: All office administration Ordering stationary Answering telephone calls and dealing with clients/contractors Maintaining the office and preparing/sending out letters Organising travel as necessary Accounts duties: Invoicing clients for works completed Chasing overdue invoices and dealing with invoicing discrepancies Monthly supplier statement reconciliation CIS payments All round bookkeeping Experience required: Bookkeeping experience working for a smaller business Experience with CIS Proficient in Word & Excel Happy to work for a small business and get stuck in with whatevers needed Must live locally and able to commute to Beckenham on a daily basis
