The Role:
As a Lecturer in Bricklaying, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons covering both practical skills and theoretical knowledge.

* Work closely with employers and industry professionals to enhance student learning experiences.

About You:
We are looking for an industry professional who has:
* Hands-on experience in Bricklaying or Construction.
* A Level 3 vocational qualification in Bricklaying.
* A passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring learners.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A willingness to develop teaching skills (previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential).
Levelling Up Premium Payments:
This role is eligible for levelling up premium payments, meaning you could receive up to £6,000 per year (after tax) on top of your salary.
To qualify, you must:
* Be in your first five years of teaching in Further Education.
* Teach at least 2.5 hours per week.
* Meet the full eligibility criteria outlined by the UK Government.
