We are currently working with a leading property business, who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager to help with their tenanted portfolio.
The role will provide a great opportunity to work directly on a single landlord's portfolio, giving you a great amount of autonomy in the day-to-day running of the properties:
Key responsibilities:
1. Liaising with tenants, assisting them with general queries and providing an excellent level of customer care.
2. Managing the full tenancy process, including deposit handling, reference checks, move-ins, renewals, and check-outs.
3. Instructing estate agents where necessary to undertake appraisals and advise on refurbishment works.
4. Ensuring all properties are compliant and having a good knowledge of EPC, EICR, and Gas Safety.
5. Liaising with contractors regarding day-to-day maintenance and any reactive works.
