Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards for usability.
* Optimize front-end code for maximum performance ensuring fast load times and efficient interactions.
* Collaborate with design and delivery teams to understand business requirements so that implementation aligns with design intent and brand guidelines.
* Proactively suggest UX improvements based on best practices.
* Implement and manage A/B and multivariate tests using Qubit.
* Develop and maintain tracking, tags, and data layers within Google Tag Manager (GTM).
The Person
* Experience working with Amplience CMS (or similar headless CMS platforms).
* Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Qubit, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.
* Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including setting up tags, triggers, and variables.
* Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
* Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
* Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
* Experience integrating front-end components with APIs and third-party services.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
