Who You Are Experienced Social Worker with a background in the child welfare system. You have extensive experience in child protection and court proceedings, employing a strength-based approach to ensure the safety and growth of children. You are Social Work England registered without any annotations or restrictions, and meet the requirement of being three years post-qualified. You hold a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle for this office-based assignment. What the Job Involves This role involves working with children and their families using NYC's defined practice model that includes systemic principles, signs of safety, and family-seeing methodologies. You will ensure the well-being of children while collaborating with their network, multi-agency partners, and team colleagues. The position requires maintaining excellent communication and knowledge of child care legislation. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
