About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pega Decisioning Consultant to design, implement, and optimize decisioning frameworks for existing aerospace supply chain systems. The ideal candidate will leverage Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to build intelligent, real-time decisioning solutions that enhance business operations and improve customer engagement across various platforms. This role involves collaboration with technical and business teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that meet complex enterprise requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design and configure decisioning frameworks within Pega CDH focusing on Real-time decision-making and Next-Best-Action (NBA) solutions for aerospace supply chain systems. Building and managing decision strategies, proposition management, and adaptive models. Configuring omni-channel solutions to deliver consistent customer experiences across multiple touchpoints. Implement predictive and adaptive analytics to optimize decisioning outcomes. Integrate Pega decisioning solutions with Cloud services and data warehouses (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.). Develop APIs and interfaces to enable seamless communication between Pega CDH and external systems. Leverage data from existing systems for decision-making, ensuring efficient data flow and accuracy. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in decisioning workflows and strategies. Implement monitoring and governance mechanisms to ensure decisioning systems operate at peak efficiency. Work closely with data engineers and business analysts to align decisioning solutions with organizational goals. Ensure all solutions adhere to data security, privacy, and compliance standards. Leverage emerging Pega features and IT trends to deliver innovative solutions that address evolving business needs. Use Pega’s AI and ML capabilities to enhance decisioning logic. Perform unit and system testing to ensure decisioning logic meets requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance on Pega Decisioning best practices. Continuously refine and improve decisioning models and strategies to maximize ROI. Qualifications: 7-8 years of experience in Pega Decisioning, with hands-on expertise in Customer Decision Hub (CDH)and real-time Next-Best-Action decisioning. Proven experience integrating Pega solutions into complex IT environments. Strong knowledge of decision strategies, adaptive analytics and proposition management within Pega. Proficiency in SQL, web services (REST/SOAP). Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in decisioning systems, ensuring minimal downtime. Preferred Certifications: Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) or Pega Certified Data Scientist Other Pega certifications (e.g., Pega CSSA, CPBA) are a plus. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT system lifecycle management. Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud-based data solutions.
